The ‘go to’ RSD series

Starting with a gentle standing mobility that engages single leg stability, this RSD series will gradually progress to more advanced drills, priming you for a run. The progressions involve greater coordination (which get’s harder with fatigue), they also integrate cadence, highly transferable to your running.
All of them reinforce key principles for an efficient gait, including quick ground contact, ground contact close the the centre of mass and elasticity.
