Sessions are designed to improve technique, coordination, agility and endurance, while having fun at the same time!

We get bored doing laps and laps of an oval, we love exploring and mixing it up by doing running specific drills, team relays, challengers, endurance, sprints, trails and running based games. Every child deserves to feel supported and challenged, all sessions offer a ‘challenger’ option be it running extra distance, an added hill, staggered starts and more!

With this in mind, this is an adventure running club, please send your kids along healthy and injury free so as the whole group can set off (we don’t stay at the oval).

Booking is essential, no casual attendance.

Supported by our wonderful assistance coaches who have backgrounds or are currently studying Physio, Exercise & Sport Science, Education or Medicine.

  • Running is an outdoor sport, we embrace the elements (including rain!). Class will be rescheduled in the instance of a severe thunderstorm and lightning.

9 week term Enrolments and fees:

  • 8 week term, $170
  • Parent participation is welcome, although the focus will still be on the kids!
  • We don’t stay on the oval, we venture into the trails, sometimes hit the soft sand at the beach, challenge ourselves to hill sprints, team relays and more.
  • We always offer a challenger option, so that all abilities are supported and challenged appropriately, however if you child is unwell, tired or injured, please keep them at home unless they are ready to run.
  • Our programs get fully booked out, we do not provide refunds for change of mind or missed sessions including covid related missed sessions.
  • Refunds will be provided in the instance that we cannot deliver our service.
  • Registering multiple kids or under your own name:

    *If you have any difficulty registering multiple children under their own name, or if you have an existing Mindbody account (our booking system) and register through your own name, please email me with the following details:

    • Child Full Name, Year group, Name as to which you registered them under. Thank you.

Waiver: We have a new waiver (effective 26.01.2022) and all those engaging in our services will need to have completed it, signed and returned it before engaging in our services.

The waiver is available on our website (home page banner at the top!). DOSE Running is no longer able to accept the Mindbody (booking platform) ‘tick box’ function for our liability waiver. Thank you for understanding.


  • Those with a medical condition must provide a written action plan to the coach and provide any appropriate medication.
  • Asthma – Asthmatics will be required to bring an asthma puffer regardless of the perceived risk of an attack. Participation will be denied without refund if medication is not carried, we appreciate your understanding as we take the safety of children very seriously. Coaches can carry medication on behalf of your child.
  • We run in all weather conditions with the exception of lightening storms. On rainy days kids are welcome to wear a rain jacket, and remember to pack a spare set of dry clothes for school.
