This event flips everything you know about running events on it’s head

Just a reminder that if you are taking on the 30km or 60km you are responsible for your nutrition and hydration. I recommend having a running vest with your phone, water, sports nutrition, sun protection, basic first aid items. This event assumes you’ve prepared for it!

Scarlett of @doserunning will be leading the 10km, Keith of @wolvesrc will be leading the 30km, and @tmangzwa will be leading the 60km

I’m no neuroscientist but I have taken my body t I’m no neuroscientist but I have taken my body to places I once thought was impossible. Stimulating your anterior midcingulate cortex doesn’t have to mean running a marathon, it’s actually all in the pursuit, the process. It’s overcoming all the challenges, choosing the hard over the easy, resisting temptation.

Pending on where you are in your running journey, it could be strengthened simply by getting up with that early alarm, or that extra hill rep, or working through that mega tough moment in your race where you wanted to curl up in a ball and fall asleep, but you didn’t, you kept going. 

Recently one of our most epic ultra runners @lianemaraldi ran the @rapidascent 100km at Surf Coast. Her day blew out due to some unforeseen circumstances, but she dug deep for hours and hours, and crossed that finish line! Once upon a time Liane wouldn’t run in the rain. Can you imagine the growth 🤯🤩 #respect 

Small actions matter, they compound over time. 
This weekend I’ll be trying to keep my calm as I plunge into @_reclab cold therapy pool, what will you do to strengthen your will power?

Beyond the physical benefits, running enhances men Beyond the physical benefits, running enhances mental health, starts important conversations, and with @more_than_a_run it raises awareness and funds for mental health.

We believe in the power of running as an agent for positive change.

As part of World Mental Health Day coach Scarlett lead the @lululemonausnz @more_than_a_run and coach Lee lead our usual Claremont Group for Intervals & mental health coffee.

For me, running is absolutely the fire that’s ignited me from within when the world seemed dark, and if I could only attribute one thing that makes it possible for me to be my healthiest and happiest, it’s hands down community.

On the 30th of Movember we come together for [mo]re than a run 10km, 30km or 60km. It’s such a vibe and Perth’s biggest get together of our brilliant city’s various run clubs. Not part of a run club? Show up, you’ll be embraced. 

Can we make it our biggest, best and most brilliant [mo]re than a run yet?! 😀😀😀

Hi I’m Scarlett, the head coach of our Kids Adve Hi I’m Scarlett, the head coach of our Kids Adventure Running Program! 
In term 3 we’ve got our junior athletes training for:
- Australian Cross Country Championships (exclusive)
- Primary Champion Schools Cross-Country Carnival (all schools)
- Inter-house Athletics Carnivals 
- City to Surf (family friendly 4km)
- Compliment field sports (fitter athletes have better skill execution and stamina)

I hope from this video demonstrates that my passion exceeds my qualifications... however if I was new to DOSE, I’d like to know a little bit more about who designed and delivered the program my child was attending, so....
