Starting with the foundations for a lateral lunge and a single leg balance, we layer these up by integrating airtime and cadence.
It’s important for runners to be able to control momentum, and these exercises allow you to activate and connect, enhance proprioception (knowing where you joints are in space) to beautifully integrate single leg stability, hip mobility and cadence together.
