Plank to Pike & Running Man

If you’ve wanted to add more core strength into your week that isn’t simply crunches or holding a plank, this helps the minute tick by quicker! You can add it onto any movement session, or after a run.

Personally, the plank is something I draw upon when I’m fatigued and tempted to slump through my body (I have a particular hot half-marathon race that comes to mind!). Thinking of the plank, the engagement with use of breath (no bracing) and the energy required for a plank, held me strong.
