It brings me joy to share one of my favourite feel good flows!
Runners are renowned for stretching single muscles at a time, that’s if we do stretching at all.
It’s boring, there actually isn’t much scientific benefit behind it, which might all be good reason we just don’t do much of it.

The fluidity full body flow however incorporates movement of the joins, often considered mobility. Instead of isolating singular muscles, it’s dynamic and acknowledges the intricate relationship our muscles, joints, fascia and soft tissue, on how we feel, move and recover.
