We keep running fresh and interesting by ensuring variety in sessions, drills, intensity, duration, terrain, distance and scenery.
There is always plenty of time to chat in the warm up and while we are stretching, and our supportive bunch will help keep you motivated to reach your greatest potential. Whether it be running your first 5km or progressing through to a marathon, we guarantee that you will never be left behind, even if you are the “slowest” there!

Our sessions are carefully tailored to meet the individual needs of our runners, even in a group setting. Time based running, adding or deducting the amount of repetitions you complete, increasing or decreasing the recovery time you have are just a couple of the ways we ensure that everyone is supported and challenged appropriately.
It’s our top priority that you enjoy the session and leave with a sense of accomplishment.
