DOSE Running® was founded by head coach, state champion, passionate runner, Scarlett Duncan (BSc Health Science, Specialising in Exercise & Sport Science), whilst the DOSE team hold qualifications or study in the fields of Exercise & Sport Science, Bio-Med, Physiotherapy, Physical Education and/or Diploma in Pilates.
DOSE focuses on the recreational adult athlete, from ‘goal-getters’ to ‘lifestylers’ with a range of classes and programs to choose from.
Our junior running programs are age appropriate, focusing on drills & skills, running technique, mindset, pacing & fostering a fabulous supportive environment for all children to develop a healthy relationship with exercise, the outdoors whilst enjoying the mental & physical benefits of being social.
